Hi,
I make a backup which cuts automatically after 17 hours of operation.
Recently, after having finished saving and checking, my player ejects the tape, but the work continues to run... so all of my works are "canceled" instead of being "complete"...
I don't know why the work doesn't end after ejection. Is this a known problem?
Thank you

Are the job settings set to eject the media after backup ? if yes, it will eject media and for the next job to run a media will have to be inserted. if this isnt the case, can you explain a little about this issue ?
Should not be a bug. At some point you can think of upgrade to latest release as well if the workloads you are protecting are supported by latest BE release.

Yes and he eject media after backup, but the job continue. He stop the job when i take the tape. (media is ejected but always in the peripherique). As long as I do not recover the media the job will continue, until it arrives at the end after 17 hours. (and the state is "canceled").
After eject the job, the job should end.. Why he expects human action ?
however no change except the order of the list...
