280 days maintenance left but home button is red?

This is a little annoying. I have 280 days left on my maintenance contract, nevertheless the home button is glowing red with a white key inside. How can I fix this?

...I have hit the support flag for you, but if you have support with Symantec, it's probably time to open a call with them.
