I wonder if you can help me.
I'm having quite random failures of our backup - sometimes it works fine, with no errors, and other times it fails with this message:

I run the Job Engine in debug mode and this seems to be the part which it fails:

i've had a search for this, all the references i could find seem to suggest that the open file option is not installed correctly; i've completely uninstalled the agent, rebooted, and done a full reinstalled again.
we're running about 6 servers with the same configuration and this is the only server which this fails.
what have i missed?
