Hi im getting this error when my full backup is duplicated to tape.. below is the error. any ideas?

Final error: 0xe0000602 - A query for media on which the data set being read is continued was unsuccessful. Ensure that all media in the family have been inventoried and cataloged.

Hi harps,

It might be that the job got corrupted somehow.  Try recreating your job and see if the error still occurs.

the duplicate job you mean or the full disk based backup?

First make sure that all the live updates are installed.

As far as recreating the job:    Are you running a job with a stage to duplicate to tape?      I was talking about the whole job.

run the job again and if it still gets the error  check for any windows event errors that occur during the time of the duplicate to tape job.
