Hello
I started receiving this message when backup up a remote Windows Vista PC:
A snapshot operation required by this job was unsuccessful. Check the job log and the Windows Event Viewer for additional information.
This started happening after I installed hotfixes 17,18 & 20 and reinstalled the remote agent on the Vista PC. The job log for the remote PC says: VSS Snapshot warning. File C:\warning\inf\oem38.inf is not present on the snapshot.
I checked back to older backups and they weren't backing up this file either.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
