AOFO error

Hi-
Ever since I applied hotfix 24, I've been getting the following error on all my backup clients:

AOFO: Not enough disk space on the device running the Advanced Open File Option (AOFO) to create or increment the cache file.

the amount of available disk space on the clients has not changed since before I applied this hotfix.

I've changed the settings for AOFO disk usage- error still happens.

What should I look at to troubleshoot this?

Did you try excluding the cache file from real-time virus scanning software.

Hi,

Whats the size of the backup?

Is the space available enough for the cache file ?- The cache file size is always equal to the size of the backup.

Try changing the cache file location to a partition which has more space as per:
