hello first sorry for my english!!
I am in training course and i'm working on some problèmes with backup exec 11d.
the AOFO option doesn't work on 2 servers.
log say : V-79-57344-34110 AOFO initialization failure on ...
AOFO : VSP
snapshot provider error 0xE0008523: volume specified can not be snap
the first server is a sbs 2003 (remote server) for datas
backup exec remote agent and aofo agent are well installed
i find vsp.sys in the drivers
backupinst.htm say that the installation is succesfull
but i don't find the folder "Backup exec AOFO store" ( i know that's a hidden folder)
(on other server, AOFO option work and i find this folder on one of the disk)
the backup account is authorize to write on every disk of the sbs server
( i thank that there was a right probleme on the disk)
there is 3 disk : C D E back up are made on D and E
in the backup jop properties :
- use advanced open file file technology is select
- automatically select open file technology is select
- process logical volume for backup one time is select
the 3 disk have free space so i dont understand where is the problem and why the folder Backup exec AOFO store can't be create
