Acces denied to Contacts Exchange 2003

Good Morning:

I am using WIndows 2003 and Exchange 2003. My Backup Exec 9.1 is installed on my Exchange server and I am having trouble backing up my contacts. I can backup everything else in the mailbox but I am getting errors when I try to backup the contacts. The message I get is:

Final error: 0xa0008488 - Access is denied.

Final error category: Security Errors

And it says Access denied to file!!!

I figured this out my self. I needed to add the Exchange Server group to the local users group.
