Access Denied. Backup Exchange 2007 Server

Hi everyone,

I have a symantec backup exec 11d installed on a server on the domain "main.local". Now, from this server i take the backup from a exchange server 2007 on the domain "other.local". The backup functions well until i checked the option "Enable the restore of individual mail messages and folders from Information Store backups". In this case the following error message appears:

V-79-57344-33928 - Access Denied. Cannot backup directory Users and its subdirectories.
 

I have and account whith full permissions over exchange and the domain.

Can you help me???

Hi,

The account must be have administrator Exchange on the 2 domains.
