Access is denied - Backup (Few times a month)

Hi Everyone

we backup our server(full bk) every day but some times ( 2-3/week ) get the errors -
V- 79-57344-33928 - access is denied
Access denied to directory

root is used to backup this server.
all files are accessible

what should we do to slove the problem?
