Hello.

I installed Backup Exec 10d for a customer. I went through the process to receive a key for it. It is now running as an evaluation version. I have not yet received a reply back from Symantec. Phone support that day said that the system was having problems. This was a few weeks ago. I am still waiting and I see that I cannot email anyone for help on this now. I need to get this software activated so it does not run out on my customer.

Have you received the license key for Backup Exec v10d or not yet ?
