Active Directory with Granular Recovery Technology backup fails with Access Denied

Backup \\SRV-VM-AA-01.office.com\System?StateV-79-57344-33928 - Access denied. Unable to copy a directory and all subdirectories.

I see solution http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH65586, checked everything but the result has not changed!

Dear sidd3009, recommendation on article did not help http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH212862 described my problems are related to the final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is Denied, and the recommended article Final error: 0xe000fe7d - Access is denied.

Server 2012 R2 is not supported, so you cannot backup anything on this server, including AD.
