Active Directory

I am trying to backup active directory. when i choose the server it says

Failed to Access DC01  
Access Denied

I am trying with the admin account (domain admin, enterprice admin, schema admin)

System logon is the main domain account

Backup Exec 12.X installed on a windows 2008 Standard (IP V6 disabled)

The Active Directory is on Windows 2008 Enterprice, Backup Exec agent installed. (IP V6 disabled)

Hi ramagates,

Try creating a new account and see if that resolves the issue. I have done this once before, and then just kept the account.
