All I have two policies set in place to back up windows servers.
How can I add a new server to an existing policy.

Hi ,
Please right click on job created by policy in job monitor & then click on edit selection list & add the new server
Or you can see the selection list associated with policy & then right click on selection in job setup & click on edit & add new server

Just for info itsmeaffinity's answer assumes you want the new server to be in the same selection list (so one job) which may be correct however if you want one job per server - then method is make a new selection list and then right click the policy, click New Jobs Using Policy.. and then select your new selection list.
Either method is correct just depends on if you want one job with the original selection list and the server added to it, or two jobs, one for the origional selection and one for the new server (which of course depends on available backup devices)
