Adding a windows server to backup

1.So i added the following windows machine and installed the agent which was successful.

2.Made sure the credentials was successful

     

3.Unable to select any drives or files to backup. Why would that be the case??

Based on the Icon in the selection it appears the machine is offline or the remote agent service is not started on the remote machine.

See if you can add that machine by IP ion the Backup/Restore tab and get different results.
