Adic Scalar 100

We have installed BE 10d and connected the Adic Scalar 100 with 2 LTO2 tape drivers. BE sees the backup library part of the Adic Scalar 100, but it does not see the tape drives. It will not work before it sees the drives. Anyone have any good idea's?

Have you run an Inventory? Also check if the device is compatible in the HCL. Is it detected by Windows device manager?

In case it is compatible, make sure that you have installed the latest Veritas device drivers.
