Advanced Open File does not work on Linux Debian

I am testing  BE 2015 with Feature Pack 4 and trying to do LVM snapshots on Linux Debian 7. According to SCL Debian 7 does  support Advanced Open File. I don't see an option in the Advanced Open File for LVM snapshots so I set it to Hardware - Use technology provided by hardware manufacturer, but when I look at the activity log it says that Advance Open File Option used : NO

So where is the option to do AOF with LVM Volumes on Linux Debian 7?

Thanks!

No, AOFO is not supported at all with Debian...

If it works then the reason I am still get files being skipped when backing up a Debian volume is that I must not have it set up correctly.

What should the setting be for this debian server in Adanced Open FIle File and Linux to ensure that the LVM snapshots are being taken?

Thanks!
