After driver update, hardware compression no longer works

Hi
i installed a new (ML6020 ) tape library yesterday to a system that already has some Dell 132t libraries attached. Before the install, the other libraries got good compression rates; now, the 132T libraries are not compressing at all. In the SGMon logs, it says "Setting compression off", even though the jobs are set to Hardware compression (or software if not available).

I installed the veritas driver update (version 37, windows 2000) yesterday as part of the ML6020 install. Is this what has caused the problem and, if so, any ideas how I fix it?

Server: Windows 2000
Backup Exec 11d

To anyone having this same problem, I stripped off/uninstalled all the drivers on the media server, then downloaded and installed the latest Symantec drivers installer. Then applied the Veritas drivers to all the tape libraries.

This appeared to do the trick.
