After restore server fails to boot

Hi, we had a major disaster 2 out of the 3 disks in our raid5 array failed, the only way I could try and get the server back ASAP, was to Get an IDE drive, partition the drive with the C and D drives bigger than the originals, and restore using directory services for windows 2000 domain servers only, The restore did everything except 14 files and said the we needed to restart for the restore to take effect. On restarting the server freezes at the end of the white loading bar. Any help would be great as we need server up ASAP (obviously !!!!)
