Hi all,
we have the problem, that after the time change on Sunday morning no job could start.
We get for every scheduled job the message automatically after a few seconds: The job was scheduled to run, but the availability window closed before the job could start. There may not have been any destination devices available during the window, or the job may have been submitted to run when the window was closed. So the job is listed as "Missed".
Did anybody has the same problem?

This has been an ongoing problem through multiple versions of Backup Exec which for a given configuration will always fail in the same way (depending on which end of DST you are)
The Technote provided gives a workround for the jobs that are failing for this instance, but is not a permanent fix.
Backup Exec 2012 has a completely re-written scheduler that should not see any DST issues,
