Agent not authorized linux - license issue

Today I found out that when you install a license into Backup Exec 12 it breaks the ability to backup Linux/Unix clients, giving the "Agent not authorized" error message. When I reverted it back to evaluation mode the client(s) showed up and I was able backup the client(s). What gives with this?

Do you have a license for RALUS?

I am experiencing the same problem on one of three Windows servers with the Unix agent installed.

The Licensing Information page indicates the agent is installed, however same "agent not authorized" message. Please provide a fix asap.
