Agent will not install Server 2008 R2 x64 box.

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 64 server that I cannot install the agent on. For some reason, I get the following error below. I tried the hotfix that they recommend in this closed forum post https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/backup-exec-125-agent-windows-2008-r2-standard-64-bit applying HOTFIX 331998. I did this, applied hot fix and then recopied that agent directory to the server to install. Still no luck. Any ideas?

Ensure the media server is updated with SP4 & all patches...on the remote server, disable UAC (if, turned on)..copy the RAWSx64 & MSXML folders to the root of the C:\ of the remote system & try running the install from the RAWSx64 folder...

And then check the file versions of beremote.exe or beclass.dlo or bedsshadow.dll etc & see if they are lower than 12.5.2213.154, install .msp file from the RAWSx64 folder starting with the lowest
