Allocation unit size

I have a windows 2012 server and a 32 TB LUN presented to it from a storage array which i am using for dedup.

While formatting the disk in windows whats the best practice for allocation unit size ?

BE has no preference as to allocation size.  You need to check with MS as to what is the best for you.
