From the provided information, it appears that you are encountering an error related to registry keys while running the IDR wizard.

This can be solved in the following way:

1. On the machine that the Intelligent Disaster Recovery image is being made from open Regedt32. Check the following registry keys and take a note of the SCSI driver name in each of the keys.

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\Scsi\Scsi Port 0"
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\Scsi\Scsi Port 1"

2. Then go to the registry key:

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\"

Locate the registry key of the driver name that was listed under Scsi Port registry setting in the keys mentioned in Step 1. Check the path for each driver and make sure they exist and are correct. If the path is incorrect copy the *.sys file to the location were the registry key is pointed to.

Ensure that the capitals and lower case mentioned for the path in the registry are identical to the path mentioned in Windows Explorer.

Note : Incorrect use of the Windows registry editor can have disastrous results on a server operating system. Great care should be taken when making changes to a Windows registry. Registry modifications should only be carried-out by persons experienced in the use of the registry editor application.

In addition to the above steps please ensure the following:-

This usually happens due to permission related issue with Backup Exec
Service Account (BESA) . Here are a few guidelines that will help you.

1. Ensure that "Remote Registry" service is running.

2. Make the BESA a member of the Local Admin Group of the suspected server
as well as Domain Admin Group.

3. Now try creating ISO image.

We hope this helps. Let us know if the problem still exists and revert back with the error message.
