When recovering a live production server with the Intelligent Disaster Recovery Module, on creating the replacement server. I inserted the IDR created CD, it ran through the installation, it detected the tape device and I selected the first backup set. As soon as it reads the data from the tape it produces the "An inconsistency was encountered on the storage media". I tried completely different hardware and 5 different tape media.
