Archiving video and media

I am new to this level of back up and archiving.  I would like some tips or just be pointed in the direction of help.  I am using BE12.5 and a Quantum LT0-4 system for long term archiving of finished video programs.  I have used similar systems a number of years ago but I am struggling with the Symantec software, it seems far to complex for what my needs are.  Any help or comments appreciated!  Thanks!

Have you bothered with the Admin Guide or the Help files to look up an "Archive," backup job?

They are quite handy you know, so stop being a "guy," and crack open the manual..  ;)
