B2D corrupt/unreadable

I have a B2D on a NAS that's displayed as offline in BE. When I try to browse to the B2D directory in Windows it tells me it's not accessible and that the folder is corrupt/unreadable. In BE's KB, the resolution is: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH156204

My question is, if I do that, will I lose all the B2D data? In that resolution your basically deleted the corrupt B2D folder and creating a new one only.

Unfortunately, yes.  If Windows cannot read the folder, then it is gone.  You might want to run chkdsk /f on the volume and see whether it fixes the problem
