BAckup Exec restore does not list files, only dolders

Hi,

I am working on a client site an am trying to troubleshoot restore issues. They are running BEWS 12.5 with CASO and shared storage option. All catalogs are stored on the CASO server only.

When I run a restore job on the CASO server for one of the managed media servers, I can drill down through the folder structure but no individual files are listed. If I select a folder for restore, the job completes successfully but only the directory structure is restored with no files. I have examined the backup jobs and they seem to be running successfully. Data is being copied to tape for the affected server.

We are using Microsoft VSS as the open file option.

Has anyone got any ideas?
