BE 12.5 and vSphere u1 - size of all VM's files equals 1 Kb

Hi, folks!
I'm stuck with the following problem:
There's BE 12.5 SP 3 with all hotfixes installed throuh LU and vSphere u1 (vCenter 4.0)  in our enviroment. We have BE AVVI license, so I'm trying to set up a backup job of VM's at vSphere host.
Also there's VCB installed on BE server.
BE successfully connects to my vCenter server, and shows all of VMs, that are hosted there.
But BE doesn't show size of VM's files! (.vmdk, .vmx etc.) and when I click on them I see only 1 Kb in properties of each file.
It looks this way:

I'v also tried installing ESX 3.5 in my test lab, but it's all the same - size of each file equals 1 Kb.
It's definitely not permission problem - I've tried to connect as root, and - you know that - it's all the same.
I've read this article, and I see at screenshot that BE can see the size of VM's files.

I beg for your advice!

That is just a GUI issue, when you perform a backup of the VM's it will backup the entire VM and not just 1Kb of data.

Thanks for your reply!
Unfortunately, not, it's not just a GUI issue.. When I try to backup VM, the process is extremly fast - aproximately 20 sec. and when I look at the size of bkf-file, created by this backup job (successfull I should say) - I see 1 063 568 Bytes, though vmdk-file itself is about 2 Gb.
And I've made a mistake - I see only 1 Byte in properties of each VM's file, not Kbyte.
And I repeat - It's all the same in my production enviroment and in my test lab, backup job successfull, but the size of backup is false..

I would suggest calling into support then and having them debug the backup to see what is going wrong.  I checked my installs and they showed the same thing you were seeing in the screenshot, but my backups are the correct size.
