I have Backup Exec 12.5 for SBS server installed on my SBS 2008 Standard server. I have pushed the agent to a Windows Server 2008 Standard. It pushes to it fine, but when I open the Backup AGent on the 2008 Standard, it tells me it is not compatible with the OS. I have installed the Service Pack 2 for the BE 12.5. Any Help Please.
Thanks

Are you using Server 2008 R2? If so, you need this hotfix
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH75697
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH74523
I would also suggest that you update your BE 12.5. I think there is SP4. You can run LiveUpdate to do the update.

Yes, I am using 2008 R2. The hotfix goes on my SBS server?
I did just reinstall this on this SBS 2008 server. It ran the Liveupdate after it installed - now when I go to Liveupdate from the menu - it says there is no program that uses Liveupdate. I downloaded SP2 directly from symantec and installed it manually. Liveupdate is not working in BE.

Yes. You have to update BE with the hotfix.
You can download SP4 from here
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH135716
You would still need the hotfix as it is not included in SP4
