BE 12.5 migrate to BE2010 R3

I would like to migate BE 12.5 to BE 2010 R3, can't in the BE2010 R3 add the "Remote Agent for windows" License Keys and get the error..

You cannot use your BE 12.5 licence keys with BE 2010.  You need to get a new set of licence keys.  This key upgrade is free if you are on a current maintenance contract.  Either use the MySymantec website or contact the Symantec Licencing Department to get the new licence keys.
