Hello,
This is the first time I am having problems installing the BackupExec 12 DLO agent on a Windows Vista machine. When I tried installing the agent from the server, the installation partially fails; only the DLO Maintenance Service installs successfully, but the DLO Agent fails.
Then I tried installing the agent from the computer, by mapping to the \\server\DLOAgent share and running setup.exe. The installation barely begins, and before any progress window opens up, the computer pops up an error window with an exclamation mark, and the body: Internal error 2738.
Anyone seen this before..!? I didnt get much on Google about this.. seems to be a pretty rare occurrence.
