BE 14.2 licensing. maintenance contracts?

I've been trying to update the maintenance contract information in be 15 and I seem to be only getting the perpetual license and not the maintenance contract part. Usually I just install the new .slf files and then remove the expired ones.. 

Should I just remove all license files and then add in the new ones, or just ignore the server knowing that i have valid maintenance contracts on VEMS?

You can ignore the new licences.  By updating the maintenance licences, you will get an alert when they are expiring.  BE functionalities are not affect when your maintenance licences expire.

when you put in the slf, entitlement ID starts with A? if yes, then this slf should suffice for the product and maintanace. If you want to fix it I would recommend just remove all license files and then add in the new else speak with the customer care agent or tech support to get it sorted
