Hi,

We have a new library and we are going to install it on a server 2019 server with BE 20.

Currently we have other Library with BE 15. we want to backyp our servers with BE 20.

should we first remove the BE 15 agents from the servers or we can install the BE 20 Agent beside the BE 15?

From the new BE 20 server you can update the remote agent of remote server. BE 15 remote agent will get updated to BE 20 agent. Then you can backup these servers to the BE 20 library. When you start backing up these servers from the BE 20 server, stop the backups from BE 15 server ( shutdown BE services or put the backup jobs on hold).
