BE 2010: Installing Remote Admin Console error

I'm trying to install the remote admin console to a Win7 desktop. I'm getting the following error

This issue may occur if the Backup Exec install files are located on a shared drive / on a network location.
 

 To resolve this issue place the Installation files locally on the Win 7 machine and then try install.

Please check if you have enough permission to have it installed. Also make sure you are installing it locally from the cd or copy the installable on the local drive.
