BE 2010 Lotus 8.5 Backup problem

Hi,

i have to backup a lotus domino 8.5 database with BE 2010. backup jobs fails more time with "Final error: 0xE0009A91 - Backup Exec cannot determine the NLO files that one or more Lotus Domino databases refer to. On the Lotus Domino server, resync the DAOS catalog and then try the operation again."
When backup sucessfully transfer rate is 200 MB/min. Very slow!

I have to modify register key reported in Document ID: 354974

Please help me

Are you by any chance using Lotus Domino 8.5.1 FP1 or FP2?

Also, are you using NSF databases?

Yes i use NSF databases.

What version of Lotus Domino are your using? 8.5, 8.5.1, 8.5.1.1, 8.5.1.2?

the lotus domino server timed out during an operation. restart the backup exec remote agent for windows systems service.

Please help for resove the issue
