BE 2010 - RAWS SharePoint 2007 Agent usability scope

Hi All,

May I know what does this BE 2010 Agent for SharePoint can do compares to the built in SharePoint Farm backup utility ?

Does it able to restore the whole farm content into the new server after i rebuild the new server and install the RAWS agent ?
