BE 2010 to 2012 upgrade

Hello Experts!

 

At the moment i have a little issue with upgradeing from backup exec 2010 to 2012.

When i am starting the installation of the 2012 at the Enviroment Check stops the installation at the point: System drive check:

I have Lumension anm Mcafee agents on the server but i disabled the service of them

Here is a end of the log file, but it not contains any relevant information for me:

Hi Are you using BE2012 sp1a ISO , Also is this instlable downloaded locally on media server. Also see if this link is still BE2010, but then you should be able to do silent install using the command below, http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH59507 Thanks

With McAfee stopped, is it also disabled in services.msc? Have you tried to restart the server and retry the upgrade?

Have you made sure that the target drive for the installation has enough disk space?
