BE 2012 Eject Job?

I used to back up to disk and then duplicate to tape in BE 2010 and that consisted of 1 job.  In BE2012, with the server-centric approach, I'm backing up each server individually and then having it duplicate to tape as an additonal stage.  The problem with this is that it's impossible to determine which job is going to finish last so that I can have it eject the tape.  I have a single tape drive, not a library, so the tape needs to stay in the drive until the last job has duplicated to it.  Is there a way to manually schedule and eject job like we used to be able to do in previous versions?
