BE 2012 Install Failure

I'm trying to do a fresh install of BE 2012 x64 and I'm getting the following error after it checks the install files:

The install failed with an unexpected error: The type serialized in the .resources file was not the same type that the .resources file said it contained.  Expected 'System.Windows.Forms.ListViewItem' but read 'System.Windows.Forms.ListViewItem+ListViewSubItem'.

I've tried multiple media sources (network, local hdd, dvdrom) and all of them give the same error.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I guess its a .Netframe work issue, check if the below TN helps.

Got the hotfix from Microsoft and the install actually came up now!  Going to finish the install and see how it goes.  Thanks a ton!

It worked!  Everything installed correctly after applying the hotfix.  Thanks again for the help.
