Hi All,
We had successfull backup of MS-Exchange, however upon checking the content of the backup some the Information Store the size was empty showing only the Infromation store database folder. This kind of issue is unusual because the backup was successful without any errors.
Appreciate any help on this kind of issue...
I raised a case to Symantec support according to Support it is by design and normal that sometimes that it showed the sizes and sometimes it showed 0

"This is purely a display issue for the restore view of the Exchange backup sets. As long as the backup job has completed successfully with no errors or exceptions the backup set(s) are valid. The size of the sets can be viewed in the job logs or in a report."
This is an extract from this Technote.
Try to expand the store further and see if you can individual mailboxes. Also run a test restore if there are any doubts.
