BE 2012 on Hyper-V

I need advise on setting up a BE 2012 infrstructure in a virtual environment. Tools available are: IBM HS20v blade, with 32GB RAM, IBM V7000 storage with 37TB, A Hyper-V environment on DataCenter edition. Is there any document out there on best practices?

I hope you are not thinking of using a VM for the media server.  This is not recommended because you will have problems accessing physical devices.  You should use a physical machine for the media server.
