Hi, I am experiencing issues with our BE 2014 after recently updating to SP2 and the most recent hotfix. The backup sets that I am manually expiring are not deleting from the disk storage that it is associated with. I have tried reading through numerous forum posts and having tried the fixes that were recommended, but the expired set are still present. Backups are created to the local disk on the server and it is now at full capacity and new backups cannot be created. Any help would be appreciated.
The following configuration was already set:
Backup Exec button > Configuration and Settings > Backup Exec Settings > Storage > Allow Backup Exec to delete all expired backup sets.
BE 2014 Ver.14.1 Rev. 1786 (64-bit) w/ SP2 and Hotfix 227745
Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 64-bit

Check the BE audit log to see whether the DLM grooming cycle is running.
Be aware that when you allow BE to delete all expired backup sets, you can potentially end up with NO backup sets at all.
