BE 2014 GRT Backup fail for DC & Exchange Server 2013

Backup server = Windows Server 2008 R2

Since upgrading to BE 2014, installing licenses (Agent for Applications and Databases, Agent for VMware & Hyper-V and Agent for Widows), and pushing Agent for Wiindows to servers cannot do GRT backups of my Domain Controllers or Exchange Server 2013.

Domain servers are VMware vitrual mahcines running Windows Server 2008 R2

Exchange server is a VMware virtual machine running Windows Server 2012 R2

Prior to upgrading from BE 2012 SP4 GRT backup of domain controllers complete successfully

Get the following error on DC GRT backup as VM using Agent for VMware:

V-79-57344-38747 - Backup Exec was unable to prepare Microsoft Active Directory resources for Granular Recovery Tech...

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello,

It's working fine here but i kept 2010 SP3 agents.

Same problem here for the DC's,

We are running Exchange 2010 and have added the DAG group to backup our databases.
