BE 2014 / Job Notification Email not working / Test ok

I am running Backup Exec 2014 [14.1 1786 64bit] version in windows 2008 R2.

I have configured backup job with email notification as well,

But once the backup job is done But its not sending email notification. In event viewer I can see Event ID 34112 'Backup Exec Alert: Job Success'

when I test, the 'test notification email alert' works fine & receive the test email. I have also setup the alerts on backup success/fail but still not receiving any notification email.

If there is an anti-virus software installed on the SMTP server, please refer to article.100016708 to change the configuration not to prevent mailing:

As well as Anti-Virus on the e-mail/smtp server, check for SPAM filters (either on the e-mail/SMTP server or in your e-mail client)
