BE Fails to start

I have just recovered my server using IDR, on startup all appears great apart from BE failing to start !!

"Could not start the BackUp Exec Device & Media Service on Local Computer.

Error 1065: The database specified does not exsist. "

Any ideas

Refer the following technote to troubleshoot this problem:

When trying to start Backup Exec, the following error may be encountered: "The Backup Exec Server system service is not responding. The service is not running or not installed."
