Hello,
I am runing BE15 FP1 on w2k8R2 platform.
I use it to backup VMs and everything is working fine excpet for one particular VM for which the job stay queued indefinitely.
This VM is quite big (1.4TB vmdk)
VM is runing W2K8R2SP1 on vSphere 5.5
DataStores are accessible thru iSCSI network
I really do not understand why ...
Any idea dear members ?

...could be a snapshot that's taking its time. Have you tried to open the job log to see if there are any pending alerts?
Have you checked within VMware to see if the snapshot is still going through?
Thanks!

Are you able to take a manual snapshot of this particular VM via the VI client itself ? While taking the snapshot, uncheck the1st option (Memory), and check the 2nd option (Quiesce). Check if you can successfully create and delete the snapshot or not.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay ! I was on hollidays :)
So the snapshot is created perfectly thru BE or directly using the VI Client.
DataStore is located on a EQL array. This DataStore is palso presented to the BE server. I also tried using NBD transport mode ...

Does the job remain queued or error out ?
What is the state of the backup at this point ? Is it snapshot processing or backup ?
