Quick question without getting into the detail about network bandwidth issues or memory and processor needs, can BE manage multiple tape libraries simultaneously ?
Needed : 1 Media server with 3 IBM TS3310 Fibre Channel libraries each with 2 drives.
PS : I know NetBackup is more suitable for this config, I'm looking for a specific response to the above question.
Many thanks in advance.

YES. Backup Exec will be able to manage 3 Tape Libraries simultaneously. Only care needs to be taken is about Licensing.
In your scenario as you have 3 Libraries with 2 tape drives each... means 6 tape drives.
So you will have to get 5 Library Expansion Option as Backup Exec supports only 1 tape drive in one library without any license for it. And if there are more than 1 tape drive... let say number N... then you will require (N-1) number of Library Expansion Option license.
