BE can't see Spectra 20K Tape library

I have spent lots time reading Veritas Document and tried many troubleshooting steps as suggested.

I am using iSCSI setup with Microsoft iSCSI initiator and Windows 2000 can see the changer as unknow medium changer and all the tape drives (AIT-3).
After I installed the BE 10.0, BE can see all the tape drives, but not the library.
I went to event log and found the SCSIChanger is having problem to start. I follow the online document and went thru the VSDtable and make sure the primary string is correct for this tape library. I can see it has Spectra2 driver installed and trying to load. Therefore, the primary string is correct.
In adamm log, it knows there is a Spectra device, but it said it is offline and error out as "invalid name".

I have found a work around to this, but it is a annoying steps I have to do every time server reboot.

First, I have to install Spectra library driver for the unknow medium changer and iSCSI initiator will show it is the medium changer. then roll back the driver to the unknow medium changer. (do this once after installed the BE)

Every time server reboot, I have to manully start the SCSIChanger driver and then start the Spectra2 driver.
Stop and restart all BE services. Then, it will work until next reboot.

Please help, maybe my work around will help you to find out what went wrong.

I don't know why it has this error on changer: ERROR = 0x0000007B (ERROR_INVALID_NAME). If I start SCSIChanger and spectra2 driver manually, it will correctly see the changer. Use my work around you will get this in adamm log:

I don't know what happened. Seems like your Driver doesn't talk to Spectra Library correctly, but Spectra Logic listed your software as compatible software vendor. Some how my work around temporary resolve the issue. But it is hassle to do it after every reboot of the server.
