BE looses logins when rebooting server ???

Dear all,

Is it a bug in Backup Exec or am I doing something wrong ?

When I set up the tasks I have to choose the login to be used on each server.
Then it work for some day, until a reboot (WIndows updates and so on)
And then all jobs fails !!!

Why ? Because Backup Exec doesn't remember which login to use for which server !
How can I solve that ?

I thought, trying to tell Backup Exec to try all logins but it doesn't seem possible...
I also thought Backup Exec should be able to remember this, but how ???

Well, I'm lost at this point !

Any help would be really appreciated !

P.S. We have BE 12.5 and the server have BE RALUS Agent installed (Linux).

Hello,

Open the Selection list-->Resource Credentials-->Select the Server on which you are facing issues
Click on Change and Select the Login Account which you want to specify. Do not forget to Test the Credentials

Everything seemd correct but I configured everything and see if the problem comes again...

At least, I discovered this interesting screen that shows the login used for all servers :)
